Contacts Overview
The Contacts Book is used throughout IRIS ParentMail to select users.
The Contacts Book displays available categories from which users can be selected. Selecting each category displays any sub categories or users that can then be selected.
The All Contacts folder provides access to all the users in the system, listed in alphabetical order.
Select or clear the check box next to any Categories, folder, or name in the Contacts Book to select all the users or an individual user.
To find a specific user or group, enter the name in Search by user name, group name, select the option from the drop-down list to display their details, then select the check box next to their name.
To save the selected users, select Confirm.
