Activate Deleted Accounts

If a user requests to delete their IRIS ParentMail account, they can recover their account within 7 days. The account is permanently deleted after 7 days. Recovered accounts contain all communications, bookings and payment information previously sent or received.

If the user account has permanently been deleted, they need to register again to create a new account. For more information, go to Add and Maintain Users.

  1. Go to Account, then select Delete Account.

  2. The Delete Your Account window is displayed. Select Undo Delete Account.

  3. A success message is displayed. Select OK.
