Activate Deleted Accounts
If a user requests to delete their IRIS ParentMail account, they can recover their account within 7 days. The account is permanently deleted after 7 days. Recovered accounts contain all communications, bookings and payment information previously sent or received.
If the user account has permanently been deleted, they need to register again to create a new account. For more information, go to Add and Maintain Users.

Go to Account, then select Delete Account.

The Delete Your Account window is displayed. Select Undo Delete Account.

A success message is displayed. Select OK.
