Managing Scheduled Text Messages

The new Messaging feature is now available and will replace Email and SMS very soon. To avoid any disruption, we recommend you start using the new Messaging feature now. For more information, go to Messaging Getting Started Guide.

When creating text messages, you can choose to have IRIS ParentMail send them at a later date. Such messages can be edited or deleted before the scheduled date.

Editing Scheduled Text Messages

Do the following:

1. Go to SMS > Scheduled.
2. Select the required message.
3. Select Edit SMS.
4. Adjust the contents as required.
5. Select Send to save.

Deleting Scheduled Text Messages

Do the following:

1. Go to SMS > Scheduled.
2. Select the required message.
3. Select Delete SMS.
4. Confirm the deletion.
