General Reports List
This article provides a list of general reports available in IRIS ParentMail with a description of the report content. For a list of payment reports available in IRIS ParentMail, go to Payment Reports List.

Depending on the report type, they can be downloaded as CSV files or PDF.
The following general reports are available:
Absence Reporting — all absences recorded within the selected date range
App Usage Report — users actively using the IRIS ParentMail app and the amount of times they have logged in
Email Message History — emails that have been sent by your organisation within the selected date range
Money Saved — a breakdown of the amount of money your organisation saved for the current academic year
Parent – Connection Status Report — lists any person responsible for a student at your organisation and their IRIS ParentMail account status
Parent Student Export — list of all students and any person responsible for the students at your organisation
Email address and mobile number information is not included in the Parent Student Export report.
Parents Evening: Class Teacher — lists students, subjects, and the classes they are linked to, which is used when creating a Class Teacher Parents Evening
Parents Evening: Tutor Export — lists students and the tutors they are linked to, which is used when creating a Form Tutor Parents Evening
Parents With Missing Contact Information — lists any person who is missing either an email address or a mobile number from their contact information in IRIS ParentMail
PMX Application Usage — displays usage of the IRIS ParentMail software for your organisation for each student, for example, if a student has one person registered and they are receiving IRIS ParentMail messages, it counts as one family, and if a person has unsubscribed they are not included
Pupils That Require Email Paper Copies — all students at your organisation who require a paper copy when sending emails
Any student with at least one person receiving emails is not displayed on the Pupils That Require Email Paper Copies report.
SMS Credit Statement — displays the costs of credits used to send text messages for a specific month
SMS Message History — displays the text messages that have been sent by your organisation within the selected date range
SMS Purchase History — details of when you purchased text message credits
Staff Export — list of all staff members added to IRIS ParentMail, including their Unique ID number, which can be useful when creating a Parents’ Evening Manager Import
Staff Users - Connection Status Report — all staff and other user types added to IRIS ParentMail for your organisation and their account status
Subject Access Request — used to respond to a Subject Access Request made by a user in the system
User Data Export — all IRIS ParentMail data usage for a specific user, which can be used to help complete a Subject Access Request
Verified User Changes — all changes made by your organisation, imports, or details changed by a person changing their personal details
