Find Blocked Email Addresses
Details of parents, carers, or contacts who have blocked or marked emails your organisation sent from IRIS ParentMail as spam or junk, are added to the Email Suppression report.
To run the Email Suppression report:
- Go to Reports, then select General Reports.
- Find and select the Email Suppression report.
- Select Generate.
