IRIS ParentMail Account Changes Rejected

Changed IRIS ParentMail account details are displayed in the Verified User Changes Report, with the Status of Change Rejected, if the change was rejected by the parent or carer.

You must not update your Management Information System (MIS) with changes that have the Status of Change Rejected, as the parent or carer have not confirmed the personal details are correct.
