IRIS ParentMail Account Details Pending Approval
Changed IRIS ParentMail account details are displayed in the Verified User Changes Report, with the Status of Pending Parent Approval, and must be approved or rejected by the parent or carer within 7 days.
For changes that have not been approved or rejected within 7 days, the details remain unchanged and the Status is changed to Parent didn't respond. Please try again. For more information, go to No Response Received for IRIS ParentMail Account Changes.
If the changed details were imported in IRIS ParentMail, the parent or carer receives an email every 7 days, and if they have the IRIS ParentMail app, have a notification, until they approve or reject the change.
