Resolve Conflicts and Errors when Taking Registers
Registers can only be taken by one staff member at a time, for register members that do not have selections already in their basket. If members have selections in their basket when the register is taken, a conflict is logged. When taking the register, Conflicting displays the total logged and details of affected students.
To resolve the errors, check no other staff members are trying to complete the same register. If no other staff member is taking the register, contact the parent, carer, or staff member and request they complete the purchase of choices in their basket or remove them.
To save the choices you were making, take the register again if:
- The other staff member did not enter all the choices for the register member
- The parent, carer, or staff member has emptied their basket by deleting the choices or completing the purchase
