Add discount prices to registers for siblings or staff members

You can add discounted prices for items being purchased from Registers when buying:

  • For more than one student by a parent or carer
  • By staff members

If your organisation adds discounted prices, we recommend you send messages explaining which option to select to eligible parents and carers or staff members. If the wrong selection is made when ordering, you can change it by taking the register.

  1. Create a register with all members added to the Free Price Band.
  2. Create a Menu or Club template with the full price, then to add another session with the discounted prices, for menu templates select +Add Option Group or for club templates, + Add Session Group.
