The following updates were made to IRIS ParentMail during November 2025:

Fixes and Updates

• Security improvements.
• The email address invoices are sent from when a text message credits bundle is purchased has changed.

IRIS PlusPay

• Failed refunds now display a warning correctly and offer an alternative method to process the refund.
• Removed register bookings no longer display in To Pay for parents and carers.
• Dinner money accounts that belong to students that have the same name as a parent or carer now correctly link and display in the parent or carer account.
• Resolved issues with partial refunds from Registers not processing correctly. A warning is now displayed if the refund fails to confirm it must be processed manually.
