Update — September 2024

The following updates were made to IRIS ParentMail during September 2024:

New Features

Fixes and Updates

• Improved security updates.
• Resolved issues with Parents and Carers receiving continuous emails to approve changes to their personal details they have previously approved.
• Error message wording updated to confirm what is allowed when entering a Sender Id for text messages.
• Only one success message is now displayed when running the IRIS Financials Transactions report.

Parents' Evening Manager

To make messaging clearer and use accessible and inclusive language, wording has been updated for the following messages: 

• Activate video appointments confirmation message.
• Video appointments activated successfully message.

IRIS PlusPay

• Resolved errors displayed for parents and carers making card payments when Address Line 3 is longer than 50 characters.

Fulfilment

• Improvements to design for Add Delivery Method to make it more accessible and responsive.
• To make messaging clearer and use accessible and inclusive language, wording has been updated for the following: 
  • Copy Delivery Method and Notes to other items confirmation message.
  • Items returned successfully message.
  • Items fulfilled successfully message.
