Update — February 2024

The following updates were made to IRIS ParentMail during February 2024:

New Features

Fixes and Updates

• Improved security updates
• Resolved errors displayed when parents and carers approve changes to their email address or name
• If a commonly used password is entered when registering with IRIS ParentMail, a message requesting another password be used is displayed
• Column headings now correctly displayed in PDF versions of Register reports

IRIS PlusPay 

• Days Over Due now display N/A for outstanding payments that are not yet overdue
• View Purchases For An Item report no longer downloads with unreadable content
• Installment payments now display correctly against items to resolve issues with parents and carers being unable to pay the next installment
• Resolved errors displayed at checkout when purchasing items with a Web Address
• Payments no longer fail if the parent or carer record is deleted
• Payment items with students selected for the Select Specific Users setting now save the details correctly
