New Features

IRIS PlusPay 

Identify Who Processed Manual Orders

A new Processed By column has been added to the Manual Payments Report to record who at your organisation processed each manual order.

Fixes and Updates

  • Improved security updates
  • Error message now displayed if generating the Register Selection Report without selecting a date
  • Special characters now display correctly in reports
  • Error message updated to advise an invalid date has been selected for a scheduled message
  • Attachment files downloaded when creating an email now download the selected file
  • Updated wording for Housekeeping when removing parents and carers who are not linked to any students

  • Resolved issues with refunding PayPal payments for values greater than £1000
  • Orders for items with a quantity set now process and update correctly
  • Low balance reminder messages to parents and carers for Registers now sending correctly
  • Quantity of items in stock now displayed in Settings for payment items
