Update — September 2023

The following updates were made to IRIS ParentMail during September 2023:

General Fixes and Updates

• Performance updates for IRIS Identity
• Improved security updates
• Attendance Sync import validation rules adjusted to accommodate different date formats
• Removed case-sensitivity matching on surnames to avoid duplicate records being imported for organisations switching to IRIS Data Extractor
• Email addresses are now checked to make sure the correct password reset email is sent for:
  • Existing IRIS ParentMail accounts that must upgrade to IRIS Identity
  • Existing IRIS Identity accounts (used for other IRIS Software Group products) that must be registered with IRIS ParentMail
  • Existing IRIS Identity accounts already registered with IRIS ParentMail

IRIS PlusPay 

• Resolved issues saving payment items with a Due Date
• Users are now reminded to manually refund orders made before March and April 2023 where required
