The following updates were made to IRIS ParentMail during October 2023:

New Features

Registers Warning when Attendance Synchronisation Fails

For organisations synchronising SIMS attendance reports with Registers, the following improvements have been made:

• To control when synchronisation is used, it can now be turned on and off

• A warning is now displayed against the Settings menu item when synchronisation fails. To help you resolve the errors, an Activity Log for the last five imports and guidance is displayed.
• Improved Synchronise with Management Information System (MIS) Options labels for attendance registers

Fixes and Updates

• Resolved issues with losing work when IRIS Identity sessions time out

IRIS PlusPay 

• Resolved issues with Register balance refunds being processed for more than the total value of each transaction
