Update — July 2023

The following updates were made to IRIS ParentMail during July 2023:

General Fixes and Updates

• Attendance Registers Settings now display correctly for organisations using SIMS and IRIS Data Extractor
• Updated guidance displayed when trying to reset forgotten passwords for upgraded IRIS Identity accounts
• Inactivity counter extended to keep IRIS Identity accounts logged in for longer

IRIS PlusPay 

• Resolved issues with trailing spaces in authentication details for CIVICA till systems
• Payments now process correctly where special characters are included in item names and descriptions
• Resolved issues logging into IRIS PlusPay with an IRIS Identity account if it is also used for IRIS Reach
