Parents' Evening Reports

Event reports can be run during an upcoming or completed event with the status of Accepting Bookings, Bookings Closed, or Completed.

The following information is provided in the reports:

• All students invited to the parents evening — All invited students and their parents' and carers' details
• Get the call requests for the parents evening — Confirmed attendees who have requested a call with availability and details of their request
• Appointments for paper copy parents — Details of parents and carers who do not have an email address in IRIS ParentMail and require a paper copy with the details of their booked appointments
• Students without parents evening appointments — Invited students who do not have a booked appointment
• Students with parents evening appointments — Invited students who have at least one appointment booked
• Teachers attending parents evening — Details of all staff members assigned to the event and the classes they are assigned to
• Appointments for teachers attending the parents evening — Generates a PDF for each staff members appointments with details of booked and available slots

Reports for Video Appointment Events Only

• Unregistered Teachers — All staff members who do not have an IRIS ParentMail account and need to register to access video appointments
• Video Appointment Cost Report — Duration and cost details for each video appointment
