Send Invites and Schedule Appointment Booking Reminders

Set Up Parents' Evenings — Step 5 Back to Step 4

To specify when parents and carers can start booking appointments, and whether a reminder to book appointments is sent, Booking Window and Reminders options must be set.

1. In Booking Window:
   1. To set when parents and carers can start booking appointments, enter a Booking Start date.
   2. To set when appointments can no longer be booked by parents and carers, select when Online bookings close.
2. In Reminders, select when to send reminders to book appointments.
3. Save the details.
4. Manage each staff member's availability for appointment slots.
