Password Protect Data Files
IRIS ParentMail take data security very seriously. When sending personal data to our Technical Support Team, you must password protect sensitive information.
Failure to follow this process results in IRIS ParentMail permanently deleting any information, which may delay our ability to provide support.
Do not include the password when you log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). To provide the password, select Live Chat to contact the Technical Support Team.
