Downloading Form Responses

Back to Responses

To keep a copy of responses submitted for forms, especially if they are a record of parents and carers providing consent, download and print the responses.

When viewing a recipient's responses, select Download. A PDF is generated that you can save or print.

Did you know?
If you want to keep a copy of all responses received for a form, download the All Responses Submitted For This Form report.
