Expired Forms

When the expiry date for form responses has passed, you cannot reinstate or open the form again to continue collecting replies, or send it to additional recipients.

If responses have not been submitted, email the recipients who have not responded, then enter their responses manually.

When creating a form, if you save it as a template, you can send it again with a new expiry date.
