Deleting Email Attachments

The new Messaging feature is now available and will replace Email and SMS very soon. To avoid any disruption, we recommend you start using the new Messaging feature now. For more information, go to Messaging Getting Started Guide.

If an email has been sent with the wrong attachment, you cannot recall the email. If the recipient has already downloaded the attachment, it cannot be deleted. You must contact the user and request they delete or ignore the attachment.

You can only delete the attachment(s) from the archived email and IRIS ParentMail. Do the following:

  1. Go to Email > Sent.
  2. Select the email which has the attachment.
  3. Select Delete for the required attachment.
