Parents' Evening Manager Reports for Importing Data

The reports used to import parents' evening data into IRIS ParentMail are: 

Primary Schools Only

The Parents Evening: Tutor Export contains the following details:

• StudentForename (column A) to Reg (column G) are populated with student details taken directly from IRIS ParentMail
• Unless the details are in IRIS ParentMail, TutorTitle (column G) to Mobile (column L) are blank and the details must be added before importing the report again

Secondary Schools Only

The Parents Evening: Class Teacher Export contains the following details:

• StudentForename (column A) to Reg (column F) are populated with student details taken directly from IRIS ParentMail
• Unless the details are in IRIS ParentMail, TeacherTitle (column I) to Mobile (column N) are blank and the details must be added before importing the report again

Primary and Secondary Schools

The Staff Export report only contains staff member details if they have been added as users in IRIS ParentMail.
