Enable IRIS Sync for your School

IRIS Sync integrates your school MIS with IRIS ParentMail so pupil, parent, staff, and group data is automatically updated.

In IRIS ParentMail

  1. Go to Settings, then select MIS Integration.
  2. Select IRIS Sync.
  3. Enter the URN.
  4. Select the required MIS.
  5. Confirm the integration details.
  6. Select Manage Onboarding.

In IRIS Sync

  • Enter the required MIS connection details.
  • Enter the required MIS identifiers.
  • Follow the on‑screen steps to complete onboarding.

If onboarding is not completed in one session, progress is saved and can be resumed later.
