Assigning Security Roles to Groups

CUSTADMIN access only

Security roles are used to restrict access to the ways in which the data can be maintained, i.e. whether data can be viewed, modified or posted. After assigning security to accounts, ledgers, and nominals, you must assign the required security roles to user groups.

In Financials Administrator:

  1. Select Security Roles, then select the required User group.
  2. Then select the required roles.
  3. To save, select Apply.
