Payment Run Errors and Issues

If specific processes are not completed when recording payments, payment details, or creating payment runs, errors will be presented throughout the processing of a payment run.

For help resolving errors and issues, choose from the following: 

Accounts or Payments

• Are missing on the payment list.
• With zero value included on payment list.

Payment List Menu

• Menu is not displayed.
• Options cannot be selected.

Document Numbers

• Number is invalid warning displayed.
• Number already used warning displayed.

Other

• Bank account line not displayed on payment list after creating media file.
• Reproduce deleted payment runs.
