Payment List Menu Options Cannot be Selected

The Payment List menu only displays the options available for the payment run stage the list is at. To identify the stage, use the payment list status.

If no options are available it is because either: 

• Payment list has Posted status because it is complete
• Accounts on the list do not have Input Allowed selected in the General
