Create SQF Import Files

If a Status Quo Function (SQF) file is not provided for the document type being imported, the SQF file must be created before creating the upload template.

1. Go to Options, then select Import....
2. Select Format File, then enter a meaningful File name.
3. To add the required fields for the document type: 
   1. Set Section to Document Detail Postings.
   2. In Import Fields, select the required Fields, then Add.

      Fields with (c) at the end are compulsory and must be added.

   

4. Save the file.
5. Create the required upload template.
