Create Upload Template Files

If an upload template is not provided for the document type being imported, after creating the Status Quo Function (SQF) file, create a comma-separated values (CSV) template.

  1. In Microsoft Excel™, add the column headings in the same order they were added to the SQF file.
  2. Enter the required details for the documents.

    If adding more than one document, make sure the number in Row starts from 1 again.

  3. Save the file as .csv.
  4. Complete the import.
