Deleting a Budget

You can only delete a budget that has not previous had anything posted to it.

1. Select Masters > Budgets from the menu bar.
   
2. From the Budget Maintenance dialog, highlight the required budget then click the Delete button.
   

If the delete button is greyed out, it means that there have been budget values posted to this budget and you will therefore not be able to delete it. If this is the case, you can hide the budget. See Hiding a Budget (v2, v4, v6).
