Hiding a Budget (v2, v4, v6)

If you need to hide a budget to keep the list to a minimum (or to prevent users from selecting a budget):

1. From the Budget Maintenance dialog, highlight the budget code to be hidden.

   
2. Change the Access Level to 8 or 9 (only System Administrators can see level 9) then click the Change button.
