Supplier Spend Report
Supplier spend reports can either be run from the Reporting Suite or an Account Enquiry.
Supplier Spend Report in Reporting Suite
The Supplier Spend Report is only available if using Reporting Suite version 6 build 003.7 onwards.
- From the Reporting Suite, select Supplier Spend Report.
- Select the required criteria.
- To run the report, select View Report.
Supplier Spend Report from an Account Enquiry
- Run an Account Enquiry for the following:
- On the Criteria tab, in Type select One of, then the following documents:
- Non-Order Invoices
- Purchase Orders
- Credit Notes
- To include customer income, include required sales documents
- On the Nominal Indexes tab, select NOMTYPE.
- On the Criteria tab, in Type select One of, then the following documents:
- In the Account Enquiry results:
- To remove VAT lines, filter the NOMTYPE column to Does not equal B/S (Balance Sheet Items).
- Select Column, then select XAccount and XAccount Title.
- To group the results by supplier, drag the XAccount or XAccount Title columns drag to the Drag a column header here to group by that column section.
If required, export the details or to save the enquiry as a favourite, select Save Settings.
