Related Parties Reports

For Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) to get a list of upcoming related party transactions to supply to ESFA: 

  1. To get supplier spend details, run a Ledger List for the following criteria: 
    1. In Ledgers, select Equals.
    2. In Value 1, select PURCHASE.
    3. On the Account Analysis tab, select ADD CRITERIA
    4. Select Related Party from the Analysis Field drop-down list.
    5. To display the ledger list, select OK.
  2. On the Ledger List:

    1. For the Related Parties column, select Yes from the filter options.

    2. Select EXPORT.
    3. To get details of commitments: 
      1. From the Reporting Suite, select the Current Commitments report.
      2. Select the required criteria.
      3. To display the report, select View Report.
