Close Supplier Accounts

When accounts are no longer required, changing the Security closes the account. After closing an account the details are kept for audits and financial reporting, and can only be accessed by users who have the set access permissions.

  1. Go to Maintenance, then select Accounts.

  2. Find and select the required ledger, then the account.
  3. Select Security.
  4. Select NO_ACCESS in Role for View, Modify, and Post.
  5. SAVE the changes.
