Security for Document Types and Input Forms

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 or later. If using version 7.0.2103 or earlier, go to Setting Up Access to Document Input Types.

To manage what users can access and how they can use Document Input Forms, the relevant security must be set for the user group they are assigned to.

Permissions can be assigned by setting the security from the User Group Maintenance screen.

Security Options for Document Input Forms

For each listed option, all users in the group can be given permission to:

To display all the input forms for each document type and set the security, expand the Name.
