Copy Security Across Locations

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 or later. If using version 7.0.2103 or earlier, this feature is not available.

If the same security settings applied to a user group for one location are needed for others, settings can be copied.

When setting security and permissions, to copy them to another location:

1. Select COPY.
2. Enter the code of the location to Copy from and Copy to.
3. To apply the settings and save, select OK.

Repeat the steps for each required location.
