Configure the FE Workforce Census

To run the FE Workforce Census and generate the submission file, the required definitions must be configured in PS People.

The codes to configure the FE Workforce Census can either be entered manually or imported using the import templates.

Import Configuration Codes

To import the configuration details: 

1. Download the import templates.

   The download is a zipped file containing all the download templates. Each template contains example data that must be removed before importing the data.

2. Complete the required details in each of the import templates.
3. Go to SIR, select Definitions, then General Setup.
4. Select the first section to import data for, for example FEW Role.
5. Select Import.
6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 for all sections.
7. Generate the FE Workforce file for submission.

Manually Enter Configuring Codes

1. Go to SIR, select Definitions, then General Setup.
2. Select the first section to import data for, for example FEW Role.
3. Add or update the codes as required.
4. Repeat the steps 1 to 3 for all sections.
5. Generate the FE Workforce file for submission.
