Linking Tasks to Templates

Please note that you must have the employees permission enabled along with the edit settings permission to view the following screens.

The Task Templates section allows you to setup regular tasks that are completed within the system such as on boarding tasks when a new starter begins employment at your school.

To link your created Tasks to a Template:

- Click Employees on the main menu on the left hand side.

- Click Settings.

- Click the tab labelled Task Templates.

To create a new task

- Click on the Task tab

- Click on the +Create Task

You will then be asked to complete the title of the task, who the task is assigned to and whether the task should be sent to each of the individuals within the assign to or 1 task that can be completed by any of the individuals set.

To create a new template:

- Click the Templates tab

- Click +Create Template.

You will then be asked to add a title for the template, select a type, and to link all relevant tasks to the template. Once you have selected and entered all the information click the green Save button.

You will now be able to apply the task template to individuals when adding their roles or from within the Starter/Leaver Task tab on an Employee Record.
