Creating Tasks

Please note that you must have the employees permission enabled along with the edit settings permission to view the following screens.

The Task Templates section allows you to setup regular tasks that are completed within the system such as on boarding tasks when a new starter begins employment at your school.

To add your Tasks into the system;

- Click Employees down the main menu on the left side

- Click Settings.

When the page loads;

- Click the Task Templates tab.

To create a new task in the system;

- Click the green + Create Task button.

When creating the new task you will be asked to provide a title, a description of the task (if required) and the time the assigned user has to complete the task. You can then assign the task to an individual user or multiple users to complete.

The one or many tasks tick box can be used to assign an individual task to each assigned to user. You may use this if there are multiple actions that are needed to completed within a task which can then be easily distributed to the users.

Once you have entered all the information click the green Save button to confirm.
