View and Edit an Employee's Single Central Record (SCR) Information

Please note that you must have the Single Central Record permission activated to view the following screens.

If a user is required to view the single central record (SCR) with limited visibility, for example not being able to view an employee's salary, you can give the user SCR access to amend SCR details. If the user is not required to view salary information you must ensure their permissions to the Employees module is switched off.

To view an employee's SCR information:

  1. Select Single Central Record from the left hand menu.

  2. Select Details. A list of all users on the SCR, along with status and details of incomplete checks is displayed.

To edit an employee’s checks:

  1. Select the pencil icon next to the employee.

  2. The Single Central Record is displayed where you can update and edit any of the employee's checks.

  3. Select the green Save button to confirm the changes.
