Add an individual to your single central record

Please note that you must have the single central record permission enabled along with the view and edit the single central record permission to view the following screens.

The Single Central Record allows the effected tracking of statutory safeguarding checks within your school/trust. Within the single central record, you can view employees and other individuals records to check they have all the required accreditations.

As well as this you can add other individuals, who are not employees for example governors and trustees.

To access the Single Central Record:

- Click Single Central Record on the main menu on the left hand side

- Click Details

The details page will show everyone on the single central record including employees and individuals. This will also show any individuals who have any checks that still need to be completed.

To add an individual to your single central record:

- Click Add Individual found just below the Details option on the main menu or at the top of the Details page.

This will now take you to the New Individual screen.

Within the New Individual screen, you will be asked to enter the individuals name along with their start date along with the individual type for example Governor/Trustee.

You will also need to tick which checks are being carried out against the individual for example. DBS Check. This can be selected by ticking the tick box next to the check on the right hand side.

Once all the relevant information has been added press the green Save button to confirm any changes.
