Add an Individual to the Single Central Record (SCR)
The Single Central Record permission must be activated along with view and edit the Single Central Record permission to view the following screens.
The Single Central Record (SCR) allows the effected tracking of statutory safeguarding checks within a school or trust. Within the SCR, you can view employee's and other individual's records to check they have all the required accreditations.
Other individuals who are not employees, for example governors and trustees, can also be added.
To access the Single Central Record:

Select Single Central Record from the left hand menu.

Select Details. A list of all individuals on the SCR, along with status and details of incomplete checks is displayed.
To add an individual to the single central record:

Select Add Individual from the left hand menu.

The New Individual screen is displayed. Enter the individual's name, start date, and the individual type from the options provided. Enter any other relevant information.

Select which checks are being carried out against the individual by ticking the correct box to the right hand side.

When all relevant information has been added select Save to confirm changes.
