Fixes and Updates – March 2026
The following updates were made to Every HR during March 2026.
General updates

Security and performance updates.
Employees
-
You can now set the initial salary history date for new roles directly in the Employee Import Spreadsheet. Simply enter the date in the First Effective Date column on the Roles tab.
Task Management

On the Task Management page, absence approval tasks now display correct, descriptive titles.
Absence Management

You can now record Neonatal Care Leave for your employees and export this data for payroll.

On the Absence Summary page, attendance and sickness percentages now display accurately for all staff members.

In the Absence Records view, employee attendance rate and total sickness days now calculate and display accurately based on recorded absences.

On the Absence Summary page, the Employees Absent widget now displays an accurate count that matches the detailed absence list.

On the Absence Instances view, you can now delete attached documents from Adoption Leave records as expected.
Payroll

You can now successfully save salary formulas that use days instead of weeks.

On the Integration Hub page, Every Payroll users will no longer see the Payslip Generation option at the property level if you integrate payroll at the MAT level.

When Every Payroll users regenerate payslips for finalised pay runs in the Trust Overview Payroll section, the system successfully adds the documents to employee records.

When creating or editing a Cost Centre in an Every HR property that is linked to Every Payroll, users must now select the linked Payroll cost centre from a drop-down menu.

On the Payroll Approval page, Every Payroll users can now view approval records regardless of the pay run state or approval method.

In the Integration Hub, leave-related Every Payroll validation errors now include clear messages and direct links to the affected absence records.

On the Integration Hub page, Every Payroll users can now filter and re-run payslip generation to retrieve missing payslips and add them to employee records.
Admin

The Deleted Items Audit Trail now tracks when you delete settings like benefits, holiday entitlements, salary formulas, and payment policies.
