Where to find Entitlement Groups
You can find Entitlement Groups under Employees then Settings.
What you can do with Entitlement Groups
This new feature allows you to:
Create custom groups
Set up Entitlement Groups based on specific criteria for your employees.
Link groups to policies
Connect these groups to:

Salary Formulas

Holiday Entitlements (for non-teaching term-time only staff)

Sickness Policies
Manage changes efficiently
Manage entitlements for many employees at once. For example, you can now define and apply specific Salary Formulas and Holiday Entitlements to all non-teaching term-time only staff based on their length of service.
If an employee's criteria change, or if they belong to multiple Entitlement Groups, you can easily manage updates using the approval process of Entitlement Groups.
