How to best set up your Candidate Source list
Please see below on how best to set up candidate sources within the Recruitment module.
Please note that users must have the permission Recruitment - "Edit Settings" enabled.
Navigate to Recruitment from the left hand side main menu
- Click "Settings"
The first tab presented to the user is called "Candidate Sources"
When a candidate is proceeding through the hiring process users can review where said candidate was found. It is important to set up correct and accurate candidate sources as these will be able to be reported on. The school or trust will be able to view where candidates are finding the specific vacancy which can help highlight where best to invest resources with regards to future vacancies.
To add a Candidate Source:
- Click "Create Candidate Source"
- Type the desired Source.
