How to set ratings

Please note that you must have the performance permission enabled along with the edit settings permission to view the following screens.

The Ratings tab allows you to set your performance ratings which can then be linked to your performance standards and used to track employees performance through observations and reviews.

To view your Performance settings;

- Click Performance down the main menu on the left side

- Click Settings

Once the page has loaded;

- Click the Ratings tab

To add a new set of ratings;

- Click the green + Add Ratings Group button.

You will then be asked to give the rating a rating group title.

Once you have entered a title;

- Click the green + Add Rating button to add your ratings.

The priority value box is used to order your ratings within the dropdown menus in Every HR.

Once you have entered all your ratings these will be displayed within your created rating group.
