How to create an objective for an employees performance record

Please see below on how to create an objective for an employee at your school

Please note that you must have the view and edit performance record permissions enabled.

- Select Performance from the main menu on the left hand side

- Select Performance Records

- Select Current Record

Search and click into the desired employee record

- Click on the tab Objectives

To add a new objective for this employee,

- Click Create Objective at the bottom right

- Complete the necessary fields and click Save.

The saved objective will now be visible under that employees My Portal - My Performance. It will also be visible with the Performance Module under Objectives - Employee Objectives which can be used to review and monitor the employees progress.
