Area For Development Focus

Please note that you must have the performance permission enabled along with the edit settings permission to view the following screens.

To view your Performance settings:

- Click Performance from the main menu on the left hand side

- Click Settings.

The Area For Development Focus tab allows you to create an area for development that can be applied to an employees performance record. A Development Focus would be an area you would like the employee to focus on during the appraisal cycle, for example, Time Management.

To create a new Development Focus, click the green + Create Development Focus button.

You will then be asked to enter a Development Focus Title. Once you have entered the title click the green Save button to confirm any changes.
