A guide to Employees Analytics

Please find below a guide on how to review your schools analytics for employees

Please note that you must have the view analytics permission enabled for Employees

Please select Employees from the main menu on the left hand side

Select Analytics

The employee analytics are split into three separate tabs: Number of Employees, Employee Turnover, and Employee Salary all containing their respective graphs.

It is important to note that each of these graphs can be filtered using the Analytics Filter found on the right hand side of the screen.

The first tab Number of Employees provides you with an easy to view graph which highlights the total number of current employee records at your property and how this has changed on a monthly basis however this can be filtered to show different years, specific months, different departments, genders, age groups and job categories.

The second tab Employee Turnover highlights the number of staff who have started and left at your school over the school year ranging from September to August by default however this graph by filtered just like the first tab listed above.

The third tab Employee Salary highlights the number of current employees and how many are within each salary range across your property.
