Archiving a post
Please note that you must have the employees permission enabled along with the view posts and edit posts permissions to view the following screens.
The posts area of the employees module allows you to map out your schools organisational structure. If a post is no longer required, you can archive the post.
To archive a post;
- Click Employees on the main menu on the left side,
- Click Posts.
- Click All Posts
The All Posts area will show posts that have been approved, posts that are awaiting approval, posts that have been rejected and any archived posts within your school.
Select the post you’d like to archive by either clicking the title or clicking the small pencil icon in the end column.
Within the edit post screen scroll to the bottom of the page and click the red Archive button.
You will then be asked to confirm the deletion of the post. To confirm this click the red Delete button.
Once deleted, navigate back to the All Posts screen and you will see the post displayed in the Archived tab.
